Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status from your orders page.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We cannot control customs delays. Delivery times may increase accordingly.
  • Some products may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
