Orders & Purchasing
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be guided through providing your delivery details and payment information. Once your order is confirmed you'll receive an email confirmation.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately via the Contact page. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favourites, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation to the address you provided at checkout, usually within a few minutes of placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account dashboard if you are logged in.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please visit our Returns page or contact us to initiate a return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
