Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items include sale/clearance items, digital downloads, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us via the Contact page with your order details.
